Attaching the fundamental principle of equality, equity, mutual benefit and respect, terms of service is as follows:

I. Responsibility and Right

1. IECSP will offer the suitable service according to the choice of the customer. IECSP will finish the task on time after the customer make the payment.
2. If IECSP need the materials from the customer, the customer must be cooperative with IECSP,during the process of the work.
3. If IECSP need to communicate with the customer, the customer must be cooperative with IECSP, during the process of the work.
4. If the customer need to inspect the progress and the situation of the work during the process of the work, IECSP must be cooperative with the customer.
5. If the customer dissatisfy with IECSP, and want to modify or adjust, during the process of the work, IECSP must be cooperative with the customer.
6. If IECSP let the customer down and the customer don’t want to modify or adjust during the process of the work, they can apply for the totall refundment. The detail is in the three clause.
7. If IECSP did ‘t finish the task on time, the customer can choose extending the work time or apply for the refundment. The detail is in the three clause.
8. The customer should check and confirm after the finish of the work. IECSP need to hand over the whole work to the customer after the satisfaction of the customer. The customer cann’t apply for modifying the content of the work and the refundment.
9. The customer should check and confirm after the finish of the work. If the customer are dissatisfied, they can apply for the totall refundment. The detail is in the three clause.
10. The customer should check and confirm after the finish of the work. If the customer are dissatisfied, IECSP have the right to stop offering the service.

II. Copyright and Law

1. IECSP divide the intellectual property rights involved service into “software copyright”, “design copyright”,and “content copyright”.
2. Software copyright is the intellectual property rights adopted shopping cart system, and is owned by the owner of this software. You need to buy the permission of authorization,if you use the commercial software. In terms of the open-source shopping cart system, you need to obey the free using permission protocol.
3. Design copyright is the final design copyright IECSP offer the customer, the finial design copyright of IECSP belong to the customer. IECSP cann’t sell or present to the third party again.
4. Content copyright is the content of the website of the customer, include but not limit “the picture of the product”, “the description of the product” etc. Content copyright belong to the customer, IECSP cann’t use it without the permission.
5. IECSP refuse to offer the service to the customer who have been or will be illegal. The illegal content include but not limit: pirate,copy,tax evasion,and fraud.
6. If the commercial habit of the customer is illegal, IECSP won’t take any responsibility under the situation that the content and strategy of the customer will be changed,after the finish of the project.

III. Payment and Refundment

1. IECSP have the right to adjust the service price free.
2. The chief payment method of IECSP is Paypal.
3. After the finish of the customer making payment,IECSP start to work immediately.
4. The customer adopting Paypal can apply for the 100% refundment unconditionally in 30 days when the task is started.( include holiday and rest day)
5. If the customer who adopt bank transfer, west union, etc want to apply for the refundment, they have to bear the certain commission charge according to the real amount happened.

IV. Responsibility for breach of faith

1. Force majeure: if the breach of faith is caused by the nature calamities or the government ban, the delinquent party won’t bear any responsibility.
2. If the material of the customer is imperfect and not detailed, IECSP cann’t finish the task on time, IECSP won’t bear any responsibility.
3. If the customer provide the illegal content and make the illegal operation and the website is closed, IECSP won’t bear any responsibility.
4. If IECSP update the illegal content or make the illegal operation and the website is closed, IECSP will bear the responsibility and provide the solution.

V. This protocol is electronic document format(doc,xls,html,pdf etc.).IECSP have the accountability to tell the customer the content of this protocol before the customer buy the service.IECSP will think that the customer have accepted the content of this protocol after the customer make the payment.

VI. This protocol will come into force: 9-9-2009. Period of validity: permanent. If you want to add or modify the content to this protocol after this protocol come into force, you must write by the red character and mark the update time.

VII. In terms of unaccomplished matter of this protocol, both party should compromise settlement according to the impartial and just rule. The supplement protocol compromised have the equal law force with this protocol.
